Forming our circle one story at a time
May we form an unbroken circle around the throne of glory - Helen & William Benac
Choosing Faith
We all have good days and bad days, but some days are simply hard—frightening, and sometimes lonely and dark. Even so, these seasons can become refining moments, sacred groves where we come to know Christ a little better. In those quiet places, our faith is strengthened and our hearts are changed in ways only Christ can bring about.
This space is a collection of familial stories of faith—testimonies of Christ’s love for each one of us. They are shared with the hope of offering light to those we cherish most, especially our families, during times when the world feels dark and lonely.
Above all, this is a place meant to say: you are not alone.
I would love to walk if you.
At the pulpit
Some of us are born with a microphone in hand, while others would much prefer to hide under a rock. Either way, the bishopric eventually finds us and asks the most anticipated—or dreaded—question: “Will you be a speaker at church on Sunday?”
After a pause, a nervous laugh, and a quick prayer, we say yes—and somehow make it to the pulpit. This space is for sharing those sacrament talks, and the light we carried with us on that one fine Sunday.
Line Upon Line
“May we form an unbroken circle around the throne of glory.”
Just as a circle is formed point by point, so is the story of our faith—woven through moments of inspiration found in scripture, music, and nature, line upon line, moment by moment, one choice at a time.
